Fill in the necessary details, including client information, services or products, and pricing. Then send it to your client via email from within the app.

    With One Boss, you can easily track when a client has read your invoice. After sending an invoice, navigate to the "Documents" section within the app. Select the specific Estimate, Quote or Invoice you want to track, then expand the "Send It" section and you'll see a status indicator showing whether the document has been viewed by the client. This feature helps you stay informed and manage your follow-ups more effectively.

    Yes, you can password protect your documents with One Boss to ensure they are securely accessed by only the intended recipients. When creating or editing an estimate, quote, or invoice, navigate to the “Send It” section of the document. Check the “require password” check box. Set a strong password in the textbox, and share it with your client separately. This added layer of security helps protect sensitive information and gives you peace of mind.
