Terms and Conditions for One Boss

1. Registration and Account Security

1.1. To use our app, you must register an account by providing a valid email address and phone number.

1.2. Upon registration, you will receive a one-time code via email and SMS to verify your email address and phone number. You must enter the codes to complete the verification process.

1.3. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.

1.4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Use of the App

2.1. One Boss allows you to create, send, and manage invoices, estimates, and quotes.

2.2. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2.3. You must not use the app in any way that may cause damage to the app or impair its availability or accessibility.

2.4. You must not use the app to transmit or send unsolicited commercial communications.

3. A2P 10DLC Acceptance for SMS Messages

3.1. By registering for and using One Boss, you accept and consent to receive SMS messages from us as part of the Application-to-Person (A2P) 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) messaging system.

3.2. These SMS messages may include, but are not limited to, one-time verification codes, account notifications, updates, and promotional messages.

3.3. Standard message and data rates may apply for any SMS messages received from us. You are responsible for any such charges.

3.4. You may opt-out of receiving promotional SMS messages at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages. However, you may continue to receive non-promotional SMS messages necessary for the operation and security of your account.

4. Privacy Policy

4.1. Our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our app, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content, trademarks, and data on this app, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, private information, designs, and agreements, are the property of or licensed to One Boss and are protected from infringement by local and international legislation and treaties.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Boss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the app; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the app; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our app by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the app; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

7. Google Drive Integration and Backup

By using the [App Name] and enabling Google Drive backup functionality, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

7.1 Authorization and Authentication: In order to access and back up your data to Google Drive, you will be required to authenticate your Google account using OAuth. This process is initiated through a secure authorization flow, where you will provide explicit consent for the app to access specific permissions within your Google Drive account.

7.2 Data Access: The app will access only the necessary files and data within your Google Drive for backup purposes. You can review and manage the permissions granted to the app at any time through your Google account settings.

7.3 Backup and Storage: The app will back up selected data from your device to your Google Drive account. You are solely responsible for the data you choose to back up, and [App Name] does not assume any liability for loss or corruption of data.

8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Unites States/Florida, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

9.1. We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our app. By continuing to access or use the app after any changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.
